Historical Context: 
Located in the lively town of Hardenberg, De Voorveghter Theatre is more than just a cultural venue — it’s a vibrant meeting point where architecture and art come together.

Its contemporary façade, with bold lines and an eye-catching upper structure, offers the perfect canvas for light to tell its story.

Project:
When the local govnerment and the theatre decided to enhance its nighttime presence, the objective was clear: create a striking visual signature that would turn the building into a true landmark after dark, while preserving the clean architectural design. One of the reasons to choose the Slimbar 100 was the perfect balance between engergy comsumption and light output.

Implemented Solution:

To achieve this, SLIMBAR RGBW 100 cm linear fixtures with 15x55 degrees optics from Studio Due were carefully installed under the upper structure, projecting a smooth and vivid wash of light across the perforated façade. Thanks to their slim profile, the fixtures blend discreetly into the architecture, while their powerful RGBW output allows endless creative possibilities — from warm ambient glows to dynamic color effects for special events.


The entire installation was expertly handled by Lindekroon installation, advised by Lumen Solutions, Studio Due’s trusted partner for the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Their know-how ensured perfect advise uniform illumination, and precise control of every lighting element.


Today, as evening falls, De Voorveghter Theatre stands out proudly, glowing with rich, dynamic colors that reflect the energy and creativity within. The result is not only a spectacular nighttime look, but also a strong visual identity for the theatre and its community.
